The Center Square Ledger
After listening to a lot of complaints about how there’s no future for journalism, I decided to put my money where my mouth is, found a partner and started a hyperlocal news site for my neighborhood in Chicago. We take advertising too!
The Chicago Media Future Conference
In the midst of the news media angst about it’s own future, a few of us got together and founded this conference to discuss the business of news media and figure out what comes next.

It started as a client project, it ended up as a labor of love. Here you’ll find Chicago’s only political encyclopedia on the 50 Aldermen, Democratic Committeemen and some Cook County Commissioners and other local leaders.
